Desmond is a founding leader of Prestige Dynamic and one of the early leaders at Manulife Financial Advisers Pte. Ltd. He began in the financial services industry at the age of 24.

The growth of the practice over the years reflects his approach to leadership. He currently helms a team of over 50 associates.
